Lose Weight Fast: The 5 Best Exercises for Weight Loss
Losing weight is becoming an increasingly popular theme on the minds of more and more people in today’s society, but finding the correct exercises for the right results seems like a daunting task. The overall goal of any weight loss program is to lose weight but to stay healthy while doing it. There are effective exercises for fat burning, and the whole body can get a workout and it doesn’t have to be boring or overwhelming.
One of the best exercises to do to burn fat and lose weight fast is Interval Training; interval training can consist of walking, running, jogging and swimming. This type of exercise is excellent, it keeps the body moving constantly for intervals of 10-20 minutes at a time and the individual is never bored. The intensity level can be beginner or advanced and the impact is still just as impressive. Aerobics is the next exercise that constantly burns fat and keeps the metabolism active. Aerobics can be very intense and fun at the same time, an aerobics class that involves constant change ups and a mixture of stretching, jumping, dancing and up and down movement is great for shedding the pounds. The aerobics class should be at least 35-45 minutes of an intense workout. Strength Training is another excellent way to lose weight, it sheds the fat and strengthens the muscles, Lifting weights with small increments helps to build muscle and not bulk and this causes the body to get firm and builds muscle not fat. Dumbbell reps of 15 at a time are good along with similar reps of leg lifts. Stretching/Pilates; this is an intense way to bring circulation to every area of the body, it increases the flow of oxygen throughout the body and it stretches muscles that are not used every day. This encourages weight loss and it doesn’t feel like it does. The stretching techniques are so relaxing and calming that the individual forgets that they are doing something that is great for the body and the circulation. Pilate’s classes should be at least 30-45 minutes long. Squat/Jump/Turn; this exercise is excellent for fat burning and losing weight. Whenever there is a combination of movement, down, jumping and turning all within a few seconds is good for the burning fat and creating an intense workout. The exercises for this can also incorporate leg thrust and climbing movements, of 10-20 reps of each.
Any exercise where the body is constantly moving and movements are alternated for at least 10 -20 minutes each will burn body fat and help the individual to lose weight. Beginners can start out with walking and then build to speed walking etc. Those with back problems can do many of these exercises from a chair. It is all about where you are mentally and physically, but the fat can come off and the weight can be lost.
Hair Care – Straightening Your Hair Without Flat Irons and Blow Driers
Do you suffer from wild hair that refuses to be tamed? Many of us do and we attack our hair with blow driers, chemicals and flat irons to try to straighten out our curly, out of control hair. This is not the best thing you can do to your hair and you are setting yourself up for some serious problems further down the road.
A better approach is a “kinder gentler” one. Treat your hair with the respect it really deserves and be kind to it. When you do this it will reward you with beautiful flowing tresses that you can be proud of.
Forget about all those “weapons of destruction” that are usually used on curly out of control hair. Just get back to basics and straiten your hair the old fashioned way. It will take a little time initially but your hair will look beautiful.
Plan A to straighten your hair without harming it:
Things you will need:
Bobby pins- a lot of them! A light scarf Plenty of patience and determination Suggestion a good TV show to while away the time
Method:
Firstly you will need to wash and condition your hair. Towel dry excess moisture from your hair Brush it straight. Do this gently as hair is fragile while wet. Apply a small amount of gel to your hair to help it to set. Wrap your hair tightly and smoothly around your head like a turban. Fasten every inch with bobby pins. This takes time and you may want to watch the TV show while you do this. When you have wrapped and pinned your hair cover it with a light scarf and go to bed. When you get up in the morning your hair will be dry. Undo the scarf, and bobby pins and gently brush your hair. You will have beautiful straight hair with no mess or hassle.
Plan B to straighten your hair without harming it:
Things you will need:
A large thin towel Brush Wash your hair in cold water Bend over and brush your hair downwards in front of you Wrap it tightly in the towel so no hair can be seen Unwrap every 5 or 10 minutes brush down and wrap again Repeat this last step until your hair is dry
This method may not be quite as relaxing as the previous one but you will get nice straight hair without chemicals or blow driers etc.
By using either of these 2 plans to tame and straighten your hair you will be able to keep your hair in good condition and still enjoy that straight look for many years to come. Beautiful hair begins with good care and the better you look after your hair the more it will reward you. After all a woman’s crown and glory is her hair.
Health Care – How Important is It?
???? Our government has plenty of money to bail out Wall Street. They have plenty of money to bail out banks and plenty of money to bail out our automotive industry. How about our priorities when it comes to home care?? Right now the government is cutting benefits for home care patients.? They now have a 36 month cap on oxygen therapy patients. Our government is putting health care providers out of business when they should be making it easier for them to provide good service to patients that need home care.? There would be plenty of money saved if they would help home care companies instead patients have to go to nursing homes and hospitals to get better care.? Going to a facility would be a lot more expensive than letting a patient stay at home and get there health care.? Hopefully someone in a high position will realize that soon before it is too late.?
???? Rumor has it that all the home care providers are making money hand over fist, when the truth of the matter is the can hardly stay in business with all the new rulings.? Health care prices are coming down rather than going up.? Manufacturers are producing products such as scooters, wheel chairs, and oxygen concentrators and getting less money for them.? Physicians need to see as many patients as they can in a day to make what they used to make.? Nursing homes and hospitals are not making it and going under.?
???? If we do not make some changes, patients are going to be treated by the cheapest home care companies, the cheapest doctors and cheapest hospitals. When it comes to our health do we really want cheap?? I don’t think so.? We need to speak up and let D.C. know what we want. That should be money spent on health care not on wars and bailing out corporations that were not managed correctly.? Its our money, lets make sure it is spent the right way. Patients needing home health equipment such as home oxygen concentrators, scooters, wheel chairs, and other durable medical equipment worked hard paying there money in taxes to be taken care of when they needed it.? It is only fair that they end up with only the best home health care they can get.
